In 2001 DH Pearson moved premises from Great Ayton to a purpose built facility on Teesside.  The move has enabled the company to continually grow and its location gives easy access to The A19 and A1.

D.H.Pearson Limited was formed in 1924 by David Henry Pearson. David worked for The Iron Stone Mines in the Cleveland Hills and due to the demise of the Industry was motivated to start his own business selling firewood from the back of a horse and cart. The first motorised vehicle was purchased shortly afterwards which established D.H.Pearson within the Haulage Industry.
